This is basically a slightly personalized form letter. At least they mentioned Olga. Hal always seemed like more of a Lacey or Misty kind of guy to me.

If you aren't related to a fellow named Paul Rosa, you should be ;) He did a two books called "Idiot Letters" very much like these, to an assortment of corporate and other entities, in the mid-90s.
